high-quality TTS(Text To Speech) voice in a language requires native
expertise in that language. Successful candidates will need to:·Make
informed judgements of quality·Improve aspects of the pipeline (text
normalization, pronunciation prediction)·Know what we don’t know -
pre-emptively identify problems specific to a new language; design
test sets to illustrate these problems; potentially help design
solutions to those problems. Qualifications·native speaker of target
language with fluent English·undergraduate degree in linguistics (or
demonstrated knowledge of International Phonetic Alphabet)·some
command line/Linux experience·some Python experience preferredAll
training will be given, it's an immediate start and an attractive
